Reviews and Ratings
During my stay at Hotel Excelsior, I was captivated by the stunning sea views and the luxurious atmosphere. However, several aspects left me disappointed, particularly the service which was often impersonal and inattentive. The rooms I encountered, while spacious, did not quite meet the expectations set by the hotel's luxury branding. Overall, it was a mixed experience that didn't fully live up to the hype.
I appreciated the hotel's stunning sea views and excellent location near the Old Town, making it easy to explore. The facilities were well-maintained, and I enjoyed my spacious room, though my check-in experience was a bit frustrating. The breakfast quality varied, which I found disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.
I had a lovely stay at Hotel Excelsior in Dubrovnik. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Old Town and with amazing views of the Adriatic Sea. Although the breakfast could use some improvement in terms of variety and freshness, the overall ambiance and service made my experience enjoyable.
I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Excelsior, captivated by the amazing sea views, exquisite breakfast, and the luxurious spa. The friendly staff truly enhanced my experience, but I found the pool service a bit lacking, which detracted from my otherwise superb visit.
My stay at the Hotel Excelsior had its highs and lows. The stunning views of the Adriatic Sea were a highlight, as was the good breakfast each morning. However, the room's lack of proper shower facilities was disappointing, and the front desk staff could have been more welcoming. Still, the location was perfect for exploring Dubrovnik, just a short walk from the Old Town.
